Announcement April 2009:

We have been reselling domain registrations through the domain registrar OpenSRS / Tucows.  In the past, we invoiced / charged our customers for domain registration directly, but now our customers will be charged by OpenSRS / Tucows directly, at OpenSRS / Tucows' wholesale prices.

The new interface allows you to enter your credit card information, renew your domains instantly, and set your domains to automatically renew on your credit card.  You can also order new domains and transfer existing domains.

Please note that your domain registration account with OpenSRS / Tucows is separate from your web hosting account with ABW Host.  Different control panels are used for hosting and domain registration, and the login/passwd may or may not be the same.

You can ignore the domain forwarding and email forwarding functions in the http://usbusi.shopco.com interface if you are hosting a web site with us.  (OpenSRS / Tucows domain registration includes domain forwarding and email forwarding services at no additional charge for domain names that do not have a web site or email accounts on them.)

You can also ignore the nameservers and DNS functions in the http://usbusi.shopco.com interface if you are hosting a web site with us, as we use our own nameservers for web and email hosting, which are:  ns1.usbusinessweb.net and ns2.usbusinessweb.net .

Domain privacy is optional and included at no additional charge now.  It minimizes the amount of personal information shown in WHOIS domain name queries.  You can enable or disable domain privacy in the interface.

You may want to check your account information and contacts to make sure they are up to date.  You can also merge more than one OpenSRS / Tucows account into one account in the account information control panel.

All administrative contacts have been emailed their  login/passwd today for the new http://usbusi.shopco.com domain registration interface.  If you did not receive your domain registration login/passwd, try to logging in at http://usbusi.shopco.com with your hosting login/passwd.  If you are still unable to login, let me know what email address you want me to change your account to and I'll update your email address as well as have the system email you the doman registration login/passwd.
